How to submit your documentary work for the projections

If you would like your documentary photos to be considered for inclusion in the projections, please send your images via WeTransfer.com* — extended to Tuesday, October 1  to info@socialdocumentary.net:

  • Up to six jpgs, at least 1500 pixels in one dimension. The final number we will include in the projections will be determined by the total number of entries we receive.
  • Label each file beginning with your last name followed by a number in the order you want them to appear, eg, bourke-white_01.jpg, bourke-white_02.jpg, etc.
  • Include a text file with your name as you would like it to appear, followed by a title of the series, if appropriate.
  • Please fill out the above registration form and indicate that you are submitting work. If you have already filled out the form and did not say you are presenting work, please resubmit the form.

*If you prefer sending with another FTP service such as Dropbox, just make sure to send it in a way that does not require us to have an account to use it. (We don’t have a Dropbox account.)

We reserve the right to not include work if the quality is not sufficient for projections, or is not documentary—loosely defined.

Prior to October 5, we will send out a list of photographers included in the projections.

If you are not able to attend The Curated Shed but would like to make a donation to support SDN and ZEKE magazine.

We look forward to seeing you!
